Escalating Density Training (EDT): Push Ups
Last time I tried this I did 174 in 15 minutes. My goal today is to beat that total in 12 minutes.
Today: 193 push ups in 12 minutes
Today, 72 Chin Ups in 12 Minutes
Mostly in sets of 3, 2, 1
WOW, that's one more than last time.
