One (Drop) Set Max to Failure
Diamond push-ups followed immediately by regular pushups: 45
Pull-ups followed immediately by rows: 36 (20 pull-ups!)
Assisted pistol squat to "deadlift" to squat: 35
Dip to bench dip: 46 (28 dips!)
