Day 8

Although my Day 1 Post was posted on 1/9/19 it was actually composed on 1/1/19.  I forgot to "publish".  At any rate, today is day 8, so about a week of Primal Eating and Al Kavdlo's Universal Strength program.

The most salient measure for me is gut girth, which is a measure of both gut fat and also inflammation and bloat.  As you can see, I have lost 2 inches so far.  And I can feel it.  NICE!



The scale is a much less compelling measure of progress but for what it's worth, the number there is good too.



About 3 lbs lighter than one week ago.
